How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information onceyour item(s) have been shipped-please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.

At Star Alley we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and service This document outlines our policy regarding refunds.
2. No Refunds
All sales made by Star Alley are final. We do not provide refunds after a purchase has been made. This applies to all products  offered by Star Alley.
3. Exchanges (Optional)
While we do not provide refunds, we may offer exchanges under certain conditions:
Defective or damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact  our customer service team within 7 business days of the purchase date.
4. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, Star Alley may offer a refund or credit:
If a product  has a significant defect.
If there is a genuine reason for dissatisfaction that aligns with any warranties or guarantees we provide. All such cases will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Star Alley
5. Sale Items
All sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
